Please plan on attending the Annual Shareholders Meeting on the above date. Each household in Heatherwood and Foxhill has an equal share in the company and thus a significant financial interest in the success of the company, particularly in view of the current drought conditions in California.

We will be discussing the past year's operations and maintenance, the cleaning of well #1, the refurbishment of the 125,000 gal. water holding tank, the company's financial status and other issues, together with the election of a new Board of Directors.

The water company is owned by 48 shareholders. The Board of Directors needs help in running the company. If you can help out, attend the Annual Meeting and help by volunteering for the Board.
