ARTICLE TWO – OFFICE

1. Principal Office: The principal office for the transaction of business of the Company is hereby fixed and located in the County of San Benito, State of California. The Board of Directors hereby is granted full power and authority to change said principal office from one place to another in said County. Any such change shall be noted on the Bylaws opposite this section, or this section may be amended to state the new location.

2. Other Offices: Branch or subordinate offices may at any time be established by the Board at any place or places where the Company is qualified to do business.
