Meeting convened at 7:05 p.m. by Bill Biermann, Vice President.
Approval of Minutes from May 9, 2017. Did not have a majority of board members to
approve May minutes.

Water System Operations and Maintenance Report:
Monthly report from water
operator:
a. Shareholders
monthly usage report:
Of the 48 Shareholders, 11 homeowner exceeded the
recommended 20,000 gal. limit for May 2017.
12 homeowner exceeded the recommended 21,333 gal. limit for June 2017.
Total amount
of water used by all shareholders for May 2017 was 753,700 gals. Total gallons pumped was 837,230
gals.
Total amount
of water used by all shareholders for June
2017 was 885,133 gals. Total
gallons pumped was 947,961 gals.
Questions
were raised regarding excessive usage. Numbers were presented to members
present. Highest usage for June was 44,880 gals
Well #1: Testing
of the well has started. Preliminary readings
show a small amount of contamination.
Disinfection of the pump is the next step. The well has been offline
since Jan 16th.
Well #2: No
operational problems. Online since Jan 16th.
Report of
other issues:
June 7: The
green sand replacement project was completed June 7th. The installation of a
meter on the backflow line. No problems with the installation.
Dougherty
reported that 815 fox hill circle has no back flow device installed. Garry sent
a letter regarding a requirement to have a backflow device installed. The owner
was given 30 days to comply.
The water
meter at 545 Heatherwood Estates Dr. needs to be replaced. The numbers are
faded that they are hard to read. A quote has been received. Notice to effected
residences will be notified in advance.
E
xecutive Session: Could not discuss this item. Not enough board
members present. Questions were raised regarding delinquent payments.
