a. Compliance Order No. 02_05_17R_001 (May 4, 2017) for exceeding the total trihalomethanes (TTHM) and haloacetic acids (HAA5) MCLs.
b. Compliance Order No. 02_05_18R_002 (April 13, 2018) which classified Well 1 as a groundwater source under the influence of surface water.
