DIRECTORS MEETING
MINUTES OF
November 8, 2016
In Attendance: Board members Garry Solmonson, Bill Biermann, and Mark
Wright.
Absent: Marc Mastroianni
Guest: Jess Quinlan
Meeting convened at 7:05 p.m. by Bill Biermann, Vice President.
Bill welcomed the new board members. Noel Provost resigned from the board.
Approval of Minutes from October 11,
2016. Recommended approval by Garry and
seconded by Mark. All board members approved.
The board of Directors positions were
discussed and the following is the new board for 2017.

Water System Operations and Maintenance Report:
Monthly report from water
operator:
Total amount
of water used by all shareholders for October 2016 was 474,130 gals. Total gallons pumped was 587,530
gals.
Well #1: No operational problems. Well #1 is the
online well.
Well #2: No
operational problems. Backup for Well #1.
Report of other Issues: None
Executive Session:
a. Shareholders
monthly usage report: Of the 48 Shareholders, No homeowner exceeded the
recommended 20,000 gal. limit for October 2016.
b. Collection
report – Past due account status: Delinquent First
Notices will be sent to H07 and H23.
Second notices are being sent to F01, H11,
and P10. Third notice is being sent to P08.
c. Individual
Shareholder issues: P10 presented his
position as to why he is not responsible for his excessive water usage.

Issues:
WATER
HOLDING TANK CLEANING - Status as of Nov. 8th: The Holding Tank filling was
completed on Nov. 1, 2016. Water samples were taken and sent to the lab. Results
came back negative and the 125,000 gal tank was put back on line today, Nov 8th.
New Issues/Information:
Discussion
on Compensation for board members: This item was discussed and the board voted
not to receive compensation at this time.
Filter
system and meter installation in pump
house: A quote was requested by Dougherty on Nov. 2nd.
Insurance
update: New rate for insurance policy will be $849.00.
