Water System Operations and Maintenance Report
A. Monthly
Report from Water Operator: August, 2017
a. Shareholders
monthly usage report:
i.
Of the 48 shareholders, 11 homeowners exceeded the
recommended 20,667 gallons limit.
ii.
Total amount of water used by all shareholders in
August, 2017 was 786,590 gallons. Totals
gallons pumped was 790,342.
b. Well
#1: Testing continues on the well. Waiting for the well report to be
issued. The well has been offline since
January 16th.
c. Well
#2: No operational issues. Online since January 16th. Well #2 pump is pumping around 33 gal/min.
i.
Filter medium was replaced which increased flow from
18-20gpm to 33gpm.
d. Report of
other issues
i.
Received a call regarding a low level alarm from the
holding tank. Checked it out. Target level at 21.5 feet. Also informed from a member in Fox Hill that
their blue valve water will be off for 2 days. Could possibly be a drain on the Best Road water.
ii.
Dougherty reported that 815 Fox Hill Circle has no
back flow device installed. On August 17th,
owner contact Dougherty regarding a quote for installing
a back flow device. Dougherty is in process of providing 815 Fox Hill a quote.
iii.
The water meter at 545 Heatherwood Estates Drive needs
to be replaced. The numbers are faded
and are hard to read. A quote has been
received.
Water will have to be shut off, to some residences, during the repair. (This replacement is pending.)

a. Lots H22 requesting another adjustment. The board has rejected the request.

New Issues / Information
A. HHTM-HAAS 2nd
quarter compliance notice was sent to shareholders on August 23, 2017. Current quarter results are within spec,
however the average of 4
quarters is up slightly, but still within spec. 3rd quarter results expected this week.
B. BRMWC.com
website is under new construction and will be relaunched in October
C. 30 day
announcement of the Annual Shareholders meeting set for October 10, 2017. Formal notice was sent to all Shareholders on
September 9, 2017.
D. Property at
901 Fox Hill reported to have potentially 2 old wells that are capped off. Will investigate further if these might be
utilized for BRMWC.
