The Annual Shareholders Meeting is next Tuesday, October 11, 2016. at 7pm. Each household in Heatherwood and Foxhill has an equal share in the company and thus a significant financial interest in the success of the company.

We will be discussing the past year's operations and maintenance, the cleaning of well #1, the refurbishment of the 125,000 gal. water holding tank, the company's financial status and other issues, together with the election of a new Board of Directors.

The water company is owned by 48 shareholders. The Board of Directors needs help in running the company. If you can help out, attend the Annual Meeting and help by volunteering for the Board.
